“We had an amazing experience with Amanda, our fantastic sleep consultant. Before working with her, our nights were filled with constant awakenings and restless sleep. Her personalized approach and deep understanding of sleep science made an immediate impact. Amanda provided a tailored sleep plan that was easy to implement and offered ongoing support, answering questions and adjusting the plan as needed. Thanks to Amanda our sleep quality has dramatically improved, and our overall mood and productivity have benefitted as well. I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with sleep issues. Her expertise and compassion has been truly life-changing for us.”

“I was referred to Amanda through a friend when our 5-month-old usually a good sleeper, had a severe regression. After he started rolling over constantly at night, we didn’t know what to do with his wakings. Amanda helped me so much with a very specific advice for our situation. Not only did it help right away, having guidance over text from her kept my husband and I calm and gave both of us huge peace of mind that everything was normal and okay. Most importantly, she helped us stop sleeping on the nursery floor next to our babies crib so we could get back to our bed! I was so grateful to be able to text with her, she made me feel so much better and took the edge off our stress when we were exhausted.”

What a positive supportive fabulous coach and friend Amanda is! If I could have done anything different with my now 15 month old son, Brooks.. it would be to sleep train him much before the age of 10 months. Babies need sleep! I can not express the relief it was for my son to finally sleep sound in his crib through the night! We had slept most of the night next to each other and it was miserable. The independence babies gain from learning to sleep on their own is very necessary for a healthy well rested child.
Even though it was a bit stressful and uncomfortable hearing my baby go through the cries and being upset for a short time it’s very worth it in the end! So, if you’re questioning to sleep training your baby- sleep train your baby!

Amanda provided support you will not get from any other sleep trainer. She was available to answer my questions,l and educated me on sleep, attachment and child development. I truly could not have accomplished a happy sleeper without her coaching and encouragement. Now we have a well-rested 3 month old with healthy sleep practices and I’m able to reconnect with my 3 older children since we’re in a predictable rhythm. I’m so grateful! Choose Amanda to support you and you’ll have an empathetic and educated guide to help you accomplish your family sleep goals.

“We are so blessed to have worked with Amanda on sleep training our 3 month old. Before Amanda, we as parents, were stressed, overwhelmed, and TIRED. Our son Cameron would only contact nap, and throughout the night would wake up every 1-3 hours. Our work with Amanda began and within HOURS and DAYS, our son was sleeping independently in his crib for naps and bedtime. Amanda assured me that soon Cameron would start sleeping through the night, and within a week he was sleeping 12 hours at night! We were shocked, elated, and finally WELL RESTED.

Amanda treated us with kindness, care, and love, like Cameron was her own child. She gave us lifelong strategies to use to support Cameron to sleep on his own, and strategies to support his daytime routines as well. Amanda is truly gifted at the work that she does. We have had other support people during pregnancy and postpartum, but no one worked with us the way that Amanda did. Her one-on-one guidance, reassurance, and support is unmatched. We can not recommend Amanda enough to anyone looking to sleep train their child. ”

“Our experience with Amanda was above and beyond what I thought it could be. Our 4 month old was co-sleeping with me most nights and had no nap schedule whatsoever. He also decided he was protesting a bottle. I was feeding him on demand. We needed guidance to help us find some normalcy in our schedules as I approached going back to work. We were so nervous to begin a “sleep training” regiment. Amanda helped us overcome all fears with her excellent knowledge and very own experience with her kids. She was there at any time we were questioning what was going on with our baby and guided us and our baby into a routine. Within days we saw Charlie settling into his crib and adjusting to a more regular schedule. I don’t know why but this is the time he also decided he would take a bottle again! It was all falling into place and we could finally sleep through the night. I recommend Amanda to all friends who are having difficulties finding their flow with their child’s ever evolving sleep habits!”

Like many, I had little hope my 11 month old Luc, would be able to sleep on his own. From day one, my norm was spending hours a day trying to help him to sleep. I tried to get every nap in his crib after he would fall asleep and he would immediately wake up. In turn, we carrier napped, contact napped etc… for his whole life. At night, he slept with me while my husband in another room. Luc would wake up every hour looking to breast feed. As he grew teeth, it quickly became hard to sleep while breastfeeding. When I would say no to him, he would kick and scream, so I felt as if I had no choice but to let him.

At this point, 5 months pregnant with another, I knew I had to make a change. Luckily, my friend passed Amanda’s number down to me and I reached out. We started sleep training Luc immediately. It’s been 3 weeks and Luc naps and sleeps at night on his own within seconds of me putting him down, without crying. It seems as though he truly likes the space in his crib. He is even more affectionate and playful toward me. We both get a break to have our independence and can enjoy each other even more. I now get to sleep next to my husband and have a few chunks out of the day that is dedicated to me. After 3 weeks, I have transformed back into the person I use to be and feel I am a better mother to my son.

I really love working with Amanda. She obviously cares about the well being of you and your baby. She’s available, educated, and jam packed with a ton of knowledge. When you get to the point where you just need help, you can count on Amanda to step up and give you answers and guidance. She simply takes the reins and in a matter of weeks (sometimes days) your baby has healthy sleep habits. From day one, we saw results and I am still in shock that Luc has the relationship with sleep that he does. Put trust into Amanda and receive an unforgettable experience that is guaranteed to literally change every person in your families life. Will be starting to sleep train our next baby at 3 months with Amanda’s guidance!

I was very hesitant to sleep train, I believed it wasn’t for us. I was pro cosleeping, but after newborn phase it just wasn’t working. Neither me or my baby were getting any sleep. I had tried just about everything for months, but things were not getting better. I was very sleep deprived, barely making it through the day. I knew something had to change. That’s when we were referred to Amanda. I was a wreck going into it but with her on call support I never felt alone. She was there every step of the way. We started seeing results quickly, and things went way smoother than we thought. Working with Amanda was the best thing we decided to do. We are so grateful for her help, I couldn’t picture doing this without her. I would recommend her to any family that is struggling with sleep.
